Return Process

  Head over to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to get started.

  Select the items you wish to send back and decide if you would like a full refund to your original payment method or a direct exchange for a different style.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then secure your sunglasses in their original packaging to ensure they stay scratch-free during transit.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
